This morning when i woke up it was minus 5 degrees. I walked to school through the frosted grass. Did you know tha once that happens here, we litterally have about a week to prepare ourselves for winter. Yeas i know tomorow is the 21 of september! The first day of fall! But no... we dont have fall here we have winter spring winter. Yea it sucks.
Twice this week someone called to let us know we WON A FREE TRIP TO HAWAI! Oh how i wish those calls could be true. I miss my summer haha. Well the positive 15 degrees we get during "summer". But thankfully this summer i got to spend it in ontario with the positive 35 - 40 every day1 I never even complained once. My aunt and uncle that i spent the summer with, babysitting my two cousins, built an outdoor pool a few months before i came for they know how much i love to swim. So every day when they got home, we made supper, eat, then went into the pool... tucked the girls in, then went back into the pool, or watched a movie.
It was the life. I wish i was still there instead of sleep, school, eat, sleep school, eat. But i was not as close to my parents and sisters as i wished i had been. But still i love ontario. Its so beautiful there! But yes it is beautiful here too. But i was born and raised in ontario so naturally , it comes first. I better go.... dont want to bore you too much... =] So prepare yourself for everything! Snow to school! You can never be too prepared.
